These terms are between Daxera and the business using it. Plain words, because an agreement somebody cannot read is not an agreement they have made.

What Daxera is

A managed service that configures and supervises AI tools for agreed business workflows—such as responding to leads, triaging email or following up verified invoices. The underlying work is performed by software, and messages sent outside your business disclose that where required.

What you are responsible for

• You are the sender. Messages go out in your business’s name, from your address. You are responsible for them, as you would be for anything sent by staff.
• Approval is real. Work waits for you until you decide a particular kind of work no longer needs to. When you grant that, you accept responsibility for what it does. You can withdraw permission immediately.
• Your obligations remain yours. Daxera does not give legal, financial, medical or other regulated advice. Where your business is regulated, meeting those rules is your responsibility.
• Lawful use. No unsolicited bulk messaging, illegal activity or deception.

What we are responsible for

• Running the service with reasonable care and keeping your data separate from every other account.
• Applying the permissions and safety limits described in the product.
• Telling you promptly if something goes wrong that affects you.
• Never sending anything to someone you have told us never to contact.
• Telling recipients when they are reading something written by software.

Your data is yours

You own everything you put in and everything produced for you. You can export or permanently delete it from your account. We do not train AI models on it, sell it or use it for advertising. See Privacy.

The systems you connect

You choose which outside systems to connect. We ask for the narrowest access needed for the feature and show you what a connection permits. You can disconnect a system at any time.

Paying

Prices, trial terms and anything included in a plan are shown before you pay. Subscriptions are billed in advance. If a plan allows automatic capacity additions, the price and control are shown with that setting. Cancel whenever you like and your subscription stops at the end of the period already paid for.

What we do not promise

AI can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. We do not promise that an answer or draft is correct, that the service is always available, or that a model provider never changes. Daxera is a tool for organising information and preparing work, not a substitute for your judgment or a qualified professional. To the extent the law permits, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the preceding three months; rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.

Ending it

You may stop at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or the service is used to harm someone. If we end a paid service without cause, we refund the unused part. You can export your information before closing your account; permanent deletion removes the account data, subject to records we must keep by law.

Changes

We will tell you before these terms change in a way that matters, and you can leave rather than accept the change.
